the idea

introducing the counterculture to modern social. social platforms have deteriorated from a place to connect with friends and family, to an infinitely scrolling horror story of bots, brainrot, and AI slop. kwyd was built to bring us back.

kwyd is intentionally small. say what you're doing, feeling, thinking about right now. your close friends see it, and no one else. the pressure of likes, followers, and validation is gone.

foster genuine connection. spark experiences. have fun. be silly. life is short. don't waste it on doomscrolling.
